Jolly Fisherman3 East Beach Street
A pub until the 1950s, when it became a café. It is now officially a pub again and Hastings' first micropub. The owners, Becky and Oliver, have arranged the rustic tables and chairs in their small bar to generate a friendly atmosphere which encourages customer conversation. The three ever changing cask beers, together with real ciders and perries and keg beers are supplemented by a large range of UK and foreign bottled and canned beers. Homemade bar snacks are available, Wednesday to Saturday and there is free cheese on Sunday afternoons.
