Reopened in July 2019, advertising arts and contemporary culture, a Grassroots Rock 'n' Roll venue located close to the seafront. It was refurbished prior to this, downstairs is a bar open to the public, entrance to the performance venue upstairs requires a ticket. The downstairs public bar is a large single room with a central wooden bar and polished wooden floor, matched by mainly wooden furniture throughout. There are four hand pumps from which at different times two, three or four beers are available. Pizza is available from a nearby pizzeria, ordered at the pub. At the rear a small courtyard garden. The upstairs music bar has cask beers, hosting music and other arts events and an open mic night, a popular evening venue.
